Michael Jordan Failure Poster in my classroom

I have created this poster to display in my classroom to encourage my students to fail. Challenging yourself leads to valuable development, achievement of goals and success. However, challenging yourself requires you to take some responsible risks which might result in failure. I want my classroom to be an environment in which students and teachers feel comfortable enough to reach for the stars, fail, and then reach for them again.
