Tellagami Lesson Idea

The GoogleEducast podcast discussed the Tellagami App and possible uses for it in the classroom. Tellagami is an app that lets you create an animated character that will speak dialogue for you.

Lesson idea:

Have students create a Tellagami character and write dialogue for the character to say, directly into the app. The lessons focus would be to then have students experiment with their punctuation and grammar to investigate how the speech, stresses, and tones spoken by the character differ.
